Open balances over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% service charge which is equal to an 18% APR.

Customers agree to all necessary collection costs and reasonable attorney fees including appellate decisions.

We reserve the right to deny or limit any Returns or Exchanges.

Proof of purchase is required for all Returns & Exchanges and must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

All items must be in the original packaging new and unused.

Manufacturers restocking fee and additional shipping charges for returns may apply.

Used Equipment has a 15 day return policy and sell AS-IS unless otherwise specified.

Manufacturer’s warranties apply to all items purchased. For services needed on any equipment under a manufacturer’s warranty please

contact the manufacturer direct for service. We will not place the call on your behalf. Service companies may require payment for service call

which is standard procedure in the event the services performed were a non-warranty issue.


Service Refrigeration (For Services Performed)

Manufacturers restocking fee and additional shipping charges for returns may apply for any returns of parts.

Manufacturer’s warranties apply to any parts or new equipment. Additional fees of shipping to return defective parts may be billed to end user.

If replacement part fails within factory guarantee we will not be liable to replace this part on a no charge basis.

Service will be guaranteed against defective workmanship for a period of 30 days after completion of services performed. If an unauthorized

person attempts to repair any portion of equipment covered by Service Refrigeration 30 day guarantee, this policy may be voided.
