We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refunds: All return request are subject to Complete Restaurant Equipment approval. All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. To verify you are eligible to make a return, please contact Customer Service at: 1-888-569-5097. We will explain your options and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be processed without a valid RA number from our Customer Service Department. Approved returns must be recieved in unused condition and be in orginial packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns for any used merchandise, no exceptions.
Returns resulting from customer order error will be charged a minimum of 20% restocking fee and freight charges both way.
All fees will be deducted before a credit card or refund is issued.
Special order items cannot be returned.
